Park Ridge Golf Course is a public 18-hole golf course located in Lake Worth, Florida.
Park Ridge Golf Course sits on the closed Lantana Landfill. Palm Beach County and the Solid Waste Authority turned a useless piece of property into a popular community asset. Originally closed in 1987, the Solid Waste Authority and Palm Beach County began construction of this unique facility in 2004. Topping 85 feet at its highest point, the course may have the highest point of land in the County.
Park Ridgee which was opened to the public in March of 2007 has not only received engineering and environmental awards, it has also been certified by Audubon International as a cooperative sanctuary. The course was designed by Roy Case and Jeffrey Grossman.
Park Ridge Golf Course measuress 6,919 yards from the tips and plays to a par 72.

built on an old landfill is kinda wierd but it has elevations unseen inn So. Florida golf courses. Well kept county course.

I love the number of par fives (6). The way each golfer plays is predicated on wind conditions. I'm a hacker and i like a challenge. Always friendly and attentive staff. This place has a sense of humor. No smoking signs, hahaha.
